"Edit after their response: Intention is very different from what actually happened. You laughed in my face when I expressed concern and when I asked what was funny you said nothing. Then you blamed me for giving you the wrong VIN number and said it was my responsibility to do my due diligence and check if the VIN was correct. That to me is you not taking responsibility for your issue and blaming it on me. I am happy to no longer be doing business with you. Getting laughed in my face for asking concerning questions after paying $150 a month for a vehicle that wasn’t mine. They had the wrong VIN number and no one caught it for 7 months. Getting blamed for not catching the issue before hand. The worst insurance office ever."
